Welcome to the Self Care section of the Neighbourhood Arts Network Learning Room. This section focuses on sharing places where you can go to unwind, rejuvenate and create positive work life balance.
We have tried to include an array of creative retreats such as healing and community wellness spaces that might compliment your work, that are within a range of affordability, or that simply provide a place to unwind and support the incredible work that you do.
