The Assembly Hall - Toronto Cultural Services

The Assembly Hall is located on the scenic Lakeshore Grounds in South Etobicoke. This century-old building has undergone a major renovation by the City of Toronto, which preserved its historic charm, blended with modern updates and amenities. The Assembly Hall reopened in June 2001 as a multi-purpose community cultural centre, offering a performance hall, community meeting rooms and gallery space. The Assembly Hall is primarily a rental facility, providing space to many of Toronto's arts, heritage and community groups. Its mission is to serve as "a gathering place at the heart of the Lakeshore, where community and creativity are celebrated and nurtured." The Assembly Hall is available for both public and private use.
