Workman Arts is seeking an energetic, self-motivated and highly organized individual to join our team in the role of Education Manager in a full time, permanent capacity.

Workman Arts is a multi-disciplinary non-profit arts centre, established to promote public awareness of mental health and addiction issues through various artistic media, and to provide arts training, support, and employment within a professional creative environment for people who are receiving mental health services and addiction services. 

Workman Arts is seeking an energetic, self-motivated and highly organized individual to join our team in the role of Education Manager in a full time, permanent capacity. Under the general direction of the Executive Artistic Director and the direct supervision of the Managing Director, the Education Manager is responsible for the interdisciplinary professional training programs for member artists. Responsibilities include managing course registration and providing supervision and oversight to part-time instructors, volunteers and contractors. The Education Manager also coordinates education and outreach programs for Workman Arts public programming.
