Lidia has been an educator and an artist for over 2 decades. She has been teaching art and design at the high school level (GCSE and A level) for the past 16 years in one of the most prestigious private schools in Dubai. During this period her teaching methods have led her to set a high standard whereby average student passing grade has been between 70 to 100%.
Lidia is also the director of SRS art competition.
Over the past 3 years in partnership with BSME (British School of Middle East) this competition has now become regional with access to over 144+ participating schools (over 44,000 students) across the Middle East. This competition includes three different categories of drawing & painting, digital arts, and photography.
The next step for Lidia is to turn this art competition into a global event by involving schools across Canada and around the world to participate.
