Thoughts About Art and Community
The workshops I lead are educational and involves the communities culturally. The reading programs support children’s brain developments and help kids strengthen their literacy skills. The painting activities teach children how to express their feelings by the magic of painting and help kids thrive their imagination.
I offer illustration workshops to the communities and folks who are interested in learning the process of illustrating a children’s book and different aspects of it including storytelling and story board, character design, mediums and interpretation of the story. I would also lead reading programs in the libraries as well as offering painting activities for kids. I illustrate books for children and I am a graphic designer.
