Rimah Jabr is a Palestinian playwright and Theatre-maker, with a strong base in Brussels and Toronto where she lives now.
Rimah (Nablus 1980) gets her Master in the Arts as a theater maker at Erasmus Hogeschool Brussel RITCS, in Brussels in 2014. During those two years at RITCS, Rimah writes, Two lady bugs, The Prisoner, The apartment. After school Rimah Writes High Heels and Stuffed Zucchinni 2015, RAYA 2017 a play for children. In 2015 She writes INFINI#5 as part of INFINI1-15 created by Artist Jozef Wouters.
Rimah currently lives in Toronto, she is an Artist Educator at Young people’s theatre in Toronto for the season 2017-18. She is a Metcalf Intern-Artistic Director at Volcano Theatre in Toronto in 2018. And She is an artist in Residence at The Theater Centre in Toronto between 2018-2020.

Theatre is a direct communication with people who ever they are wherever they are. if it doesn't change it will always leave you with questions. in my work I like to ask questions. maybe the positive impact of my work is to make people more curious about certain things or about each other as we lice in this very divers city.
