Photography workshops for LGBT and questioning youth. A project of Supporting Our Youth (SOY). Generously sponsored by Gallery 44 and Toronto Arts Council.

Working with the theme “Re-silience / Re-sistance” and part of Gallery 44's OUTREACH program, SHIFT will consist of six (6) four hour workshops, run on a weekly and bi-weekly basis from April 11 – May 2, 2011. The workshops are designed to teach the participant the photographic skills necessary for exploring their own artistic pursuits with an end goal of one print per participant that reflects the 2011 OUTREACH theme. All final prints will be included in an OUTREACH group exhibition at Gallery 44 that will run from June 15 – July 30, 2011.

All workshops will be held at Gallery 44 – located at 401 Richmond St. W., Suite #120. We will meet on the scheduled dates below from 5:30pm – 9:30pm.
