Get Mindful, It's Powerful, It's Simple, It Works
A growing field of medicine holds that the way we think and feel can have a significant effect not only on our physical health, but on our ability to cope with life, illness and disease. We don't have to be Buddhist to practice mindful mediation. This workshop will introduce how to go from a state of always 'doing' to a state of 'being.' It is a program that uses mindfulness as a way of taking you into being, in the state of 'here and now,' together with life skills facilitation, we allow you to experience emotions with more awareness and control, for example:
