This workshop is geared towards young people that are new to board work or looking to join a board, as well as staff members that are supporting boards of directors. Resources will be provided.
This is an introductory workshop that will outline:
-What a Board is and why Boards exist
-Roles and Responsibilities of Nonprofit Boards
-Common Nonprofit Board Models
-Tools to Support Effective Board Work
