In September, both Marván and Zits will also perform at The Tree Museum in Gravenhurst Ontario. Artist & Curator Anne O'Callaghan will present video documentation of their explorations on the island.

Screening 7:30 - 10:00 pm
Working, performing and being in nature is inspiring. It can spark the imagination and create the potential for an action. Capturing ephemeral moments through performance opens the opportunity for it's poignancy to be revisited and shared. Artist and curator Johannes Zits will present a diverse mix of works where the performers are interacting with uncultivated or rural surroundings. Video works by Cherie Sampson (USA/Finland), Agnes Nedregard (Norway), Zohar Melinek (Israel), Michaël Cros (France) and Canadian's Denise Kenny, Anna Sarchami, Jol Thomson, Luis Jacob, Mario Côté and Françoise Sullivan.

Artscape Gibraltar Point is a 20-minute walk or 10 minute bike ride east from Hanlan's Point or west from the Centre Island ferry docks. For the complete ferry schedule visit Toronto Ferry Schedule.
