Documenting your artwork is an essential skill for any artist. It is important to create an archive of images for personal records, as well as for application purposes.
When applying for exhibitions, grants, and academic programs it is essential to have an accurate representation of all of your work. For this Walk-in Clinic, Graven Feather has invited professional photographers to assist you in developing this skill.
We will have a professional light and camera set-up where you will have 5 pieces of artwork documented. You will receive a customized tutorial of how to use you personal camera to best shoot your work in the future. Also, you will leave with a CD of your images saved to the proper format.
Please bring with you:
* Your personal camera
* 5 pieces of artwork no larger than 20’’ x 24’’
