Lori Dell, Ontario native, has been creating and exhibiting art for more than 25 years. Her work is noted for large format paintings - figurative, architectural and spiritual form abstracted and built with gradual layering and texture, creating a depth of expression and essential energy.
She attended the Banff Centre for the Arts, Toronto School of Art, and OCAD. Her work has been represented internationally and can be found in many private collections. She has also garnered recognition from the film, theatre and dance industries for her work in set and costume design.
Currently Lori lives/works in Toronto, Ontario with her three sons.
Thoughts about art and community:
I've always believed creative channels offered a rich soil for discovery, awareness, sharing, inspiration, and new vital growth potential whether on an individual basis or in a group/community/world setting.
